Ya tiene tiempo que había rumores sobre una nueva banda, y si la nueva banda que se formó es KARASU.

Este grupo se dió a conocer en el Jack in the Box summer festival el 15 de agosto en donde interpretaron covers de Creature Creature. También interpretaron una nueva canción llamada LASTICA ( que es la que se puede escuchar en su MySpace)

alice nine lo formó Nao (ex. Fatima, ex. RusH) en marzo del 2004. Se junta con Shou, voz, y Tora a la guitarra, ambos ex Givuss. Al poco se les unen Saga, bajista, e Hiroto, guitarra.Desde entonces, han intervenido en diversos eventos, el más importante de todos es, sin duda, el PS COMPANY PRESENTS TRIBAL ARIVALL Vol.81.El 5 de julio del 2004, alice nine lanza su primer maxi single llamado Namae wa madanai que es agotado por completo por los ex fans de Givuss.Después de esta previsible llegada sacan una segunda edición el 11 de agosto con una tirada de 3.000 ejemplares de nuevo agotada. Todo esto sucede pocos días despues de que alice nine hiciese su entrada en el mundo indi.En septiembre del 2004 firman con PS company, sello de Kagrra,, miyavi, Kra y Gazette, entre otros. Directamente, sacan un mini álbum, Gion seija no kaneganaru, de gran belleza, que incluso supera a los maxis anteriores.
